This is the sermon preached by the Rev Anthony Fox (that's me folks!) on August 9th - a cold morning on a busy weekend... the rain and fog has gone away, but the breeze comes from polar regions prompting even hardy Antarctic seabirds to dream wistfully about thermal underwear.
It was not the largest flock that has ever graced the pews in St John's Lutheran Church in Tanunda (Heart of the wine filled Barossa Valley), but those who did turn up did so with enthusiasm and sang with gusto (no, "Gusto" isn't the organist's name - Marie did the honours this morning on the good old Dodd pipe organ).
